Greg Lamarche - Bringing the Street to Graphic Design

Greg Lamarche is based in NYC and creates mostly typographic collages that skirt the line between fine art and graphic design. I am also in love with the piece below that's a-typical from his main body of work: an homage to the old adage, "the pen is mightier than the sword," but with a twist. The seal, "the first," is all you need to piece the meaning together.

I'm constantly searching for design that inspires human interaction, rather than computer interaction. I'm inspired by Conversation Exhibition created by Burn Everything. Not only does the viewer interact with the product by using it as building blocks, he or she can add images or words to the speech bubbles and white shapes applied to the cubes.
